House Hlaalu problem

I've just signed on to House Hlaalu. I'm on the mission where I have to
convince someone to buy House Hlaalu guar hides. I've been to her shop to
talk to her, and all she will say on the subject is "Imported Guar hides are
not fresh" HOW DO I DO THIS? do I sell some guar hides to her? attack her??

Try turning on the charm - and if that doesn't work, try crossing her palm
with silver.... er, I mean gold.
