How about I just uninstall the Mobile Broadband module to stop the BSOD's?

My Mobile Broadband module may be the culprit of a number of 'blue screen of death' incidences my Dell laptop has been experiencing.

This was first suggested when I turned to seven forums with the issue:
Windows 7: BSOD Working with Android Studio

It was suggested drivers from both the Mobile Broadband module and the Dell Wireless 5560 HSPA+ Mini-Card Network Adapter were in need of an update.

After much time and effort, I don't think I've successfully update the all the drivers unfortunately.

First question: I'm assuming the following hardware is the broadband thingy they speak of:
Intel Centrino Advance-N 6205 802.1 2x2 Half Mini Card

How about I just uninstall that and its software and be done with it? I don't use it anyway.

I do have wifi in my home and that what this other device is for, right?:
Dell Wireless DW5560 HSPA+ Mini Card

Please, your insight in this would be most appreciated.

Regards.

Solution
Looks like both are wireless devices one for cell access(dell) and the other(intel) for wifi access.

the Intel Centrino Advance-N 6205 802.1 2x2 Half Mini Card is for wifi access.

Dell Wireless DW5560 HSPA is for moble broadband access. I would think that is cell access.

Intel tends to have very good drivers, I would keep the intel device and disable the dell device in BIOS if it is causing problems. otherwise if you just remove the driver the windows Plug and play system will just reinstall the driver again.

Yes, I believe your right.

As you may see in the Sevens forum, BSOD Working with Android Studio, it's suggested that the Dell Wireless 5560 HSPA+ Mini-Card is causing the horrible BSOD's.

How does one disable such a component in BIOS? (I'll look that up)

It's really strange as of late I'm experiencing these BSOD and yet there's no DMP files to speak of??

UPDATE:
I went to my BIOS and found the option Wireless Device Enable. Under that option there were three check boxes all checked on at the moment. They are are listed, WWAN, WLAN/WiGig, and Bluetooth.

I suspect the Dell Wireless 5560 HSPA+ Mini-Card (Celluar access) is the WLAN/WiGig, no?

That's the one to check off, right? Will the associated drivers be disabled then as well (I'd like to think so as they'r the source of my troubles...I think).

Cheers.
