How am I supposed to pay the processing fee to Sapphire for my RMA?

I'm just wondering because they say pay through Paypal but i'm not sure how they would know that payment is from me because the only way I could think of to pay is to straight up send $30 through Paypal.

Hello... They have your RMA Email address that your Paypal account Name/Email will match... also you can add a note with the Payment with your RMA number, name, address, etc... on it. B )
No worries here... it is a fast easy system to use.

Ah, The thing is that my Paypal has a different email than my RMA email address.

Hello... WHY? Then make sure you add enuff information to in the "note" box provided before sending payment like "REF RMA #" AND you can call them to direct that payment from that Email address... just more Communication needed now.

Hello... I have always had to pay the shipping there... and they pay the shipping back... and you get a Working/New part back... Pretty Standard procedure... Unless your responsible for a lot of servers... then you Sign up for the Overnight delivery and Pre-paid return shipper service.
