Hi.
CPU : core i5 9600k
Cooler : cooler master hyper 212 led (thermal paste included)
Motherboard : gigabyte z390 gaming x.

Q : How much thermal paste needed? and how to apply?

Note : i don't have graphic card, HDD, optical drive. only have SSD. can i start the system? or need to buy graphic or ...

Pea sized drop in the middle of the processor's Integrated Heat Spreader. Use the cooler(mounting) to spread it across the IHS when screwing it down.

Yes you should be able to get video off the iGPU provided the board you're using has display output ports.

Nope, you don't need a separate gpu since you have an igpu.
