Hi,

I recently tuned my fans to as silent as they can go, at idle, usually the fans turn off. Please look at the following images and tell me how good/bad the temperatures are:
ambient temp: 26 Celsius

SPECS:
core i5 8400
Gigabyte b360 aorus motherboard
Corsair Vengeance lpx 2400 16GB (8gbx2)
Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi cpu cooler
No Gpu
Corsair HD120 x 4 Fans (2 intake, 2 exhaust)
Corsair SPEC 05 Chassis
WD 500GB HDD

Take a look at this guide - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1800828/intel-temperature-guide.html

This is a guide for Intel CPU core temps: (having warm or even hot temps is somewhat normal for certain CPUs under certain high load situations.

VRM is the voltage regulator module, which includes MOSFETs. VRM cleans and delivers power directly to the CPU. You will see it around the CPU area on your motherboard and includes the chokes (small square grey boxes) with heatsinks on top (some motherboards don't have VRM heatsinks) and capacitors will be around them. 40C is a good temp for that and some motherboard/CPU combinations it can reach up to 105C or greater if the CPU requires a lot of...

oh thanks! That's a relief. Can you tell me what's considered high?
and also, what is VRM MOS? its temperature is always above 40 Celsius, no matter how fast the fans spin.
Thanks again.

It may be that the VRM MOS is specifically the MOSFET temps and not necessarily the VRM temps. I have limited knowledge of VRMs.

Yeah, but i was wondering about all the temperatures, not just the CPU. apparently, my processor is the coolest thing running in my pc currently :p vrm and pch and other stuff is running hotter, around 42+
