How are my temperatures?

Hello people of the forums!

I'm just looking for your opinions about my temperatures and if they are okay and if they give me enough headroom for some slight overclocking

**Max give or take 2c-3c for average while gaming

Also my house temp is 23c and it's currently winter and sometimes the windows are open and it causes my CPU to hit 5-10c is that okay or should I carefully watch for that?

Those temps are great. No issues at all.
