Hey guys, firstly thank you for reading this. I'm going to get a new monitor since my last one is 7 years old. I'm just wondering how are the BenQ Eye-care monitors?

I usually spend a very long time on the computer (10+ hours) everyday due to work, my eyesight is poor as well So I'm wondering does the BenQ Eye-care monitors actually provides certain degree of protection for the eye? Thus worth the money given my current situation, in order to protect my eyesight.
Or is it mainly a marketing buzzword and doesn't provide much difference at all compared to other brands? If so, think I might as well just get a freesync monitor such as this for gaming:
