How are these specs for Arma 3?

I'm looking to run Arma 3 at ultra frames with 35-40 frames.
Specs:
CPU: i5 4690
PSU: 600w Gold certified
GPU: R9 270x 2gb
Motherboard: Asus Z97 D3H

And I would also like to know if the motherboard and graphics card are compatible.

I have an i7 4790k with the GTX 970 in SLI and i still get 25-30 FPS on most matches. The game is cpu intensive.

Arma 3 only requires a Intel Core i5-2300 AMD cpu and Radeon HD 7750 1gb gpu so your specs are looking good. I have not personally played arma 3 though. Also from what I can find your motherboard and GPU are compatible.

I have a i5 4670k and gtx 770 and with some high settings and the rest low I average 30 or so, but I usually play wasteland or other game with a lot of bots
on a big map, expect more like 20-25fps =[
