1# i7 4770 is overkill for games, if you do rendering and photo editing then its the best CPU you can get on 1150 platform.
2# What type of HDD? A good HDD is a good idea such as the caviar black for reliability
3# GTX 770 is a decent card, if you were to drop to an i5 then money could be better invested into perhaps a GTX 780 with some extra saving.
4# 16GB is overkill unless you render or use software that requires it.

The CPU, PSU and RAM are overkill for gaming to be honest. You can drop down to an i5 CPU if it's specifically for gaming, you can drop the PSU down so a 500 - 650 PSU if you won't be doing any SLI or other upgrades, and RAM doesn't really need to go over 8 - 12gb at the moment.

Of course, if money is no problem then that's definitely going to play any game you want.
