Theese are the exact specs =

MONITOR: Asus 23,6" VS247HR

CPU: INTEL i5 4670K, 3.4GHZ (3.8GHZ)

Motherboard: Z87-K (BEFORE) Possibly = ASUS Z87-A (SLI SUPPORT)

Graphics card: ASUS 3GB GTX780 DIRECTCU ii

Primary harddisk (Disk for systemdisk): 120GB SSD SAMSUNG 840 EVO

Primary storage disk: 1000GB SATA6G, 7200RPM

CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Seiodin WATERCOOL

RAM: 16GB DDR3 RAM 2133 MHZ

Power supply: C 650W 80+

OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 8.1 64bit

NOTICE: CHANGE IN MOTHERBOARD. (Good/Bad?)

Specs are good. Prices/store would help to see if we can find better models for some of the parts (RAM, hdd, hsf, etc.) I don't see a psu, do you have one already? The case is pretty much personal preference, but I think we can find a better one.

Solution
its far enough to handle any game max out but ram is overkill you don't need that much, 8g 1600mhz will be
ok.i5 is enough to max out any game without b-necking and 4670k can be oc'd to 4.5ghz with stability and no
need of water cooler any 2000 rpm + air cooler will be fine.Try getting more inch monitor with 3d support
and 144 hz to 200 hz with 1920x1080 resolution.its Nvidia so psu is fine but if you want to triple sli in future try getting 850w to 1000w gold psu.
*Buy 780ti instead of 780 evga or asus direct cu.... for best fps and oc. OR a 295x2 if you want to fuck games with 3d or with 4k.
