[SOLVED] How are these upgrades for my PC?

I have $250 and I want to upgrade my PC where I can play World of Warcraft at high graphics with high fps while having a lot of addons.
My PC specs:

• Intel Core i5-7600K 3.8 GHz Quad-Core Processor
• CRYORIG H7 49 CFM CPU Cooler
• Gigabyte GA-Z270P-D3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
• GeIL EVO POTENZA 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL15 Memory
• SK hynix SL308 250 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
• Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
• Corsair 270R ATX Mid Tower Case
• GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti (11 GB)
• CORSAIR RMx Series RM650x 2018, 650 Watt, 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Power Supply

These were the upgrades I found for them and I wanted to know if they were good for what I need and if they are compatible with my pc:
-Intel Core i5-11400F 2.6 GHz Six-Core LGA 1200 Processor
-Asrock B560 Pro4 Intel B560 LGA 1200 ATX

When you say high FPS what do you mean? because that GPU should be able to let you run at a high setting and with High FPS already.

I've been told World of Warcraft is more of a cpu intensive game so i assume its the cpu i need to change.

For sure, the CPU and that motherboard is a great fit for the current setup that you have, maybe someone would say to get a cheaper B460 mobo, but keep in mind this one you actually have better performance with the memory speeds on the B560.

still havent answered the question lol. When you mean HIGH FPS what FPS are you wanting to achieve?

My i5-3470 with a GTX1050 can do 60-70FPS most of the time in WoW with most details on high/max and my usual raiding addons loaded. As far as large-scale games still in active development go, I'd say WoW is one of the lowest-spec titles around. Still runs pretty good on a nine years old potato.

You shouldn't be having any significant performance issues with a i5-7600K and GTX1080 unless one of your addons is continuously spewing errors which may be hidden by ElvUI or other addon.

Yes a CPU upgrade will help you, with WoW, with minimum FPS, at the very least. I saw an improvement, in min FPS, when doing outdoor world bosses, just going from a 3700x to a 5800x. Recently did an upgrade from a 7600k, to an 11400, for a friend of a friend, with a 5600xt, and it performed great. You need to be aware of B560 performance differences, between boards. Some of the cheaper boards need to be tweaked, via the bios, to get the most out of the CPU.

Not as long as you have a decent cpu cooler.

I do get decent fps but when im in large cities like oribos or orgrimmar or dungeons with a lot of mobs it does go below 60 fps so i wanted to improve my build because of it.

The only thing that gives my computer a hard time is weekly bosses, those do get pretty bad when there are something like 100 players in the area. I don't remember having noticeable performance issues in dungeons and raids. SW and Oribos do get me down to 50ish fps on busy days, though I don't really mind since nothing playability-critical happens there.

By enthusiast standards, not really since removing the power limits simply lets the chips run as fast as they want to go for a given amount of available power and cooling without further user intervention.

By Intel specs and for warranty purposes, yes.

No it wouldn't, with proper cooling, as previously mentioned.
