How bad is my 4770K?

My 4770k really doesn't want to go over 4.2GHz. It's currently rock solid stable at 4.2GHz 1.21v. I even went as far as 1.3v just to try to get to 4.4GHz. So, how bad is my i7 4770k at overclocking?

My PC's specs:
Case: Corsair Air 540
MOBO: Asus Maximus VI Formula
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770k @4.2GHz
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x60
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
GPU: 2x GTX 770 in SLI
PSU: Corsair RM850
