How Bad Is This Bottleneck?

Hi Guys,
I just wanted to know how bad this bottleneck would be:
XFX Radeon RX 480 RS 8GB paired with an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4
I already know there is a huge bottleneck, but how much will it impact FPS in games? I would be playing things like Rust, Rainbow Six Siege, Arma 3, CS:GO, Need For Speed, PlayerUnknown's Battleground and The Forest. Mostly Open-World games. My CPU is cooled by a Hyper 212 Evo and cannot be overclocked. I am running off 8GB of DDR2-800 RAM.

It's a pretty big bottleneck. Here's a comparison with a G4560, pay attention to the single core speed.

It should be fine with those games, just don't expect anything too graphical.

I saw the link you gave and how much better the dual core is. The problem is that I'm still on LGA 775. Is there any better 775 Processor than this and would it be worth it to reduce the bottleneck?
How about the Core 2 Duo E8400? Will it be worth cutting off 2 cores and not having hyperthreading just to be able to get a higher frequency of 3.0 and a lower TDP?

So basically my only option is to fully upgrade eh? Will a i5-7500 be good? (Ofc after upgrading mobo and ram)

7500 would be good, bit I'd suggest Ryzen 1500X it has 4C/8T at the same price of the 7500.
