How best to create a virtual instance of Windows 10 on Windows 11?

I need to create a VM of Windows 10 on a Windows 11 machine. Does Windows 11 have a native feature that allows you to create a VM? And if so does it allow a VM of Windows 10 without an additional product key?

I need to setup a VM of Windows 10 on a Windows 11 Machine so I can run an older version of Quickbooks Desktop, as my older version of QB’s needs Internet Explorer (IE)

Thanks for input on this.

You can get internet explorer in win11.
You might have to fudge with 'default apps' to make your software launch it by default though.
Thanks. I’m not sure if that is best. Over on a QB group I’m being suggested Win10 with IE

I could try that. But really this is a computer solely for an older version of Quickbooks, 2019 to be exact. Before they went all subscription. No internet browsing or email, so I think I could run Windows 10 long after security updates are no longer. I have two computers at my desk and can do that stuff on the other one. But everyone is saying that I need IE and that the QB edition was designed with Windows 10 in mind. So someone also suggested that running Win10 virtually undeer Win11.

If you're using Windows 11 Pro, you can use Hyper-V to create virtual machines. It might be better than third party solutions, depending on how much you've set up the Core Isolation security feature.
I do have a computer I can use that should be Win11 Pro worthy, an i7-8000 series running Windows 10 pro. I know nothing about core isolation feature. I'm out of the computer loop these days. Got more fun stuff to do LOL
