How big an APC Backup Power Supply do I need?

To power my tv and a PS4?

I have heard that PS4 pwer consumption is about 140 watts for now, but as more intensive games come out, it could draw upto 250 watts some time down the line.( PS4 comes with a 250 watt psu)
