Hello there, I already have a pretty decent gaming rig, but I'm basically building a new one from scratch. Money isn't really an issue here so I'm going to be building as future proof as I can.

Anywho here are the specs for the Future rig.
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K
GPU: GTX 780 Ti
MOTHERBOARD: MSI ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster ZX SBX PCIE Gaming Sound Card with Audio Control Module
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866 MHZ (PC3 15000) Desktop Memory (CMD16GX3M2A1866C9)
HardDrive 1: 465GB Seagate ST500DM0 02-1BC142 SCSI Disk Device (SATA)
HardDrive 2: I haven't decided on a specific one yet, but I'll be getting an SSD, either 512GB or 1TB
Optical Drive: Haven't decided on a specific yet for this either, but it will most likely be a drive that can play blu-rays.

So how big of a PSU do you think will suffice?
I would also like some upgrade room in case I ever decide to buy a second GPU and do SLI.
Sorry if I didn't give enough info, first time poster here! Thanks in advance guys :)

Solution
for your setup a 650w quality psu would suffice even for oc. for a later sli possibility i would recommend at leat 850w.
since there isnt any money problem. this would suffice under any condition.rock solid quality unit!

Power Supply: EVGA 1000W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($134.99 @ Micro Center)
Total: $134.99

make sure you will get a tower apropriate for such build. the psu is bigger than most psu.!
