Question How can a team manage a file that they update frequently? (avoiding using Google Drive)

Is there any cloud storage site, application or something that i can use to share my documents with the rest of my team AND allow them to upload their versions to have a single place where we can find the newst version of the file? We are trying to avoid Google Drive for 2 reasons:
1.- Microsoft Office 2019 is so amazing
2.- Google Drive editor is so hatefull (we want to conserve the files as they are)
We are thinking in something like open a mediafire public account so everyone can enter and upload their updates. But of course this is just the worst idea that we got for the moment

OneDrive should do the trick and that way you can stay within the Microsoft ecosystem.
