Question How can I add my Microsoft Account to settings

I've tried to add my MS Account to the "email and Accounts" option in Settings but the little dots just keep spinning and spinning.

DId you try today? It could be their servers are offline, it does happen sometimes.

Do you normally have any problems with updates?

I don't normally have a problem with updates. Here's where I'm trying to add my Microsoft Account: Start>Settings>Accounts>Email and Accounts. I'm running Windows 10 with the latest updates. Here's the strange thing, I can add my account on to other computers going to the same spot. When I try it on mine the little dots just keep spinning and spinning.

what antivirus do you use? perhaps its interfering with the connection, try whitelisting the MIcrosoft server address.

If you use defender, it makes even less sense.
