Question How can i add new hdd in HP z420?

First thing first, what's that HDD ?
If it has same connection as the old one.
See that part of cable that extend from that disk shown at very beginning ? That's SATA power cable you can connect other drive to.
See flat cable also plugged in that HDD ? That's SATA data cable. You need another one to go from new drive to an empty SATA port on MB that looks same as the one you have one drive already plugged in.
Forget other cables you were shoving in video, nothing for HDD connections.

The problem is im not seeing any port on my new pc motherboard to match the old pc sata power cable and the sata power cables offered from my new pc power supply for some reasons are cut( exept the one connected in my hdd and the other one who is to short) and connected with the graphic card

The part of power cable that is connected to that HDD is what you can use for next drive, it should go behind existing one anyway, it's OK to have 2 HDDs on same power cable.
I'll ask again, what exactly is that HDD you want to ad ? There should be a number printed on it. Or if you can show a picture of it's connector side ???

Vary good. It's standard SATA drive. In the picture, top connector is SATA power and one immediately under is for data cable, you will need one to connect that drive to motherboard SATA cinnector if there is a free one.
If that D connector you showed is indeed MOLEX than you would need an adapter to SATA, it looks like this:

If it is SATA power connector than you could use an extension cable looking like this https://www.amazon.com/Pin-SATA-Power-Extension-Cable/dp/B002P6W9UG
