How can I be sure my GPU is overheating

My computer has been crashing, I cant find the source of the problem, when it crashes there is no black screen, no attempt to restart it just freezes and I have to manual restart. It only occurs when i'm playing a game LoL, Forza, etc...
I wasn't having these problems till recently, I clean my pc of dust and have filters on the fans, I don;t know if my GPU is overheating or my PSU isn't providing enough power. Currently looking at water blocks for my GPU. Im not quite sure what to do...

MSI GeForce GTX Gaming 1070
16GB RAM
ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z
AMD Fx-9590 8-core Black Edition
EVGA SuperNOVA 750w G2 Gold
CORSAIR - Hydro Series 120mm Liquid Cooling System
currently have 5 fans plus 2 that are on the graphics card

What temperature is your gpu and cpu reaching? To be honest the FX9XXX are notorious for stability problems.

Hi there,

Download MSI afterburner and try to benchmark as said above.Check CPU and graphics card temps.It might also be possible that your PSU might also be the dying.Do intensive Benchmark and check on CPU and Graphics temps.If CPU<80 C then its fine also if GPU <90 C then its fine.

http://imgur.com/a/fh8eW ran this test for 40 minutes gpu as it says was at 66C and cpu was at 50C, no freeze, but when i play games it freezes

Unable to read the link, but those temps are in the 'normal' range and are certainly NOT overheating.

Try turning off turbo in bios? Have you tried googling at all yet
