[SOLVED] How can I best upgrade my PC for recording?

Hey everyone, I currently am able to play Minecraft on my computer at pretty ok-ish frames, (150 on medium settings), but I'm really looking to max out my PC and be able to record/livestream from PC and still get 150+. Sometimes my frames go that high, but the jump around a lot whenever I hit record. This is my current build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Gfd7jy

What is the best options for upgrading it? I have quite a bit of money, so throw some advice out there. I know literally nothing about PC's and built this one about 4 years ago when I was like 14. I generally wouldn't like to spend more then $200 in upgrades, but just let me know what I truly need and I can re-evaluate.

So do you recommend I just get an entire new gaming computer? Or is there anyway I can still salvage this one? (Maybe replacing the processor?)

FX is a dead end , you need to move to a AMD RYZEN Core. Board\CPU\DDR4 Memory. FX will only hold you back at this point.

CPU change on FX will not help.
