how can i block internet but allow dropbox using Kerio Control

guys in my company we have Server 2003 server and win xp and win 7 clients. some of them have internet. some of them don't. Internet was blocked by Kerio Control software. but now management want to install dropbox on PC's which don't have internet. They also said that i shouldn't give them internet. How iam gonna do this. Help
