[SOLVED] How can I boost my Cpu's performance

I am a photoshop user and a video editor and require adobe all the time. My Cpu is i3-6100T and Ram is Ddr4 4gb. I am thinking of Overclocking Ram and Cpu both to the max. Will this help..? Please do suggest other alternatives too!

Upgrade RAM and if you don't have it, get an SSD. Those are most important things for programs like that.
