I'm planning to transport my CPU on a plane and require some guidance on how to do this. I will be transporting every component separately.

For the graphics card, power supply and motherboard I have the original packaging so that's not a problem. That leaves the processor, ram cards, DVD drive and hard disk. I know that every component needs to be placed inside anti static bags and Ive got that covered.

1)So how should I pack the components that don't have original packaging?
2)Should I leave the processor on the mother board or remove it?( with the cooler removed and thermal paste cleaned off)- if I do remove it how should I pack it?

3) finally the case. I have this case:

In what type of bag should I carry it? Suggestions are accepted, even links showing particular models of luggage bags that could carry this case.
Also, should I insert JUST THE CASE WITH Foam and bubble wrap wrapped around it into the luggage bag or with the original packaging of the cabinet( which adds more bulk and size)?
This case does contain a side window panel so it needs to be extra secure.

That's about it, so thanks in advance :)

>> Important note, they are not responsible is your computer is damaged or stolen, you get nothing. That is not acceptable to me, so I ship it UPS or FedEx, where for a very small amount of money you can get insurance for the appropriate value of your computer.
