How can i change my graphics card modes?

I just bough a new GTX 1050 Ti and i had something like a window that will open every time on windows startup and there i could chose if i want to run my card on overclocked mode/gaming mode/silent mode , but yesterday i reinstalled windows and i am not getting that window anymore.
