[SOLVED] How can i change the RAM clock/CPU clock on this motherboard? (Jingsha X89 board from aliexpress)

hey if have recently bought a Jingsha x89 motherboard. But when i checked the BIOS there were no options for changing RAM speed and CPU speed. I have checked everywhere but i cant find what BIOS this uses.

look like a server board. they don't do overclock

Hey there!

I got this as well as a cheap 12-core Opteron with the hopes of overclocking it to 4GHz or more to see how it did!

. Over at the BIOS-MODs forum I asked this same question. It IS possible to view the hidden menus but you need someone with some actual BIOS skills to make the modded BIOS.

I tried and ended up bricking my board; which now needs a “hard re-flash” but I have no idea how to use a BIOS chip programmer, etc.

Here is my original post over there if you want to revive the thread and get the original guy who helped me to see if he can help you!! I just don’t have the time anymore to tinker

Also if you REALLY want to get into overclocking the G34 platform Here is a HWBOT link. I guess it is possible!
