Dear Everyone,
I recently bought a gigabyte GTX970 G1 graphic card and installed on my M.B. when I turn on my system, all the fans will spin (including the CPU fan and the fan on the GPU), but I don't get anything on the monitor, No Beep, no BIOS, nothings. After removing the graphic card, the motherboard did not beep as above. I checked both; My Motherboard worked fine, but my CPU (i7 3770) was failed when I tested with another M.B, with updated bios. Indeed, when I turn on the computer without CPU fan, CPU gets hot but not starts graphic. How can I check the health of my CPU? Can it burn out?

Specs:
Motherboard – Asus, P8H61-M LX R2.0, Intel Socket 1155,HD graphic 4000, PCI-e 3

It is highly uncommon for such a modern cpu to cause this kind of malfunction. Within the context of your curiousity though, yes a cpu can "burn out" both IC's and FPU's will all eventually begin to fail, but again this is not extremely likely. Easiest way to find out if your cpu is bad is to have it checked by professionals, or else try it on a motherboard that you know the cpu in question should technically work on, ie proven to work with a different same model cpu. That being said I believe that you should assume this is not the cause of your problems. Are you sure that you are seating the processor properly, and that there are no bent pins? Can you determine whether or not the issue is related to your power supply? Are you sure that the motherboard is working properly, that is, does the motherboard work with a different i7 3770? I recall from past experience with some clients that the Intel H61 chipset has compatibility issues with Ivy Bridge processors. Why don't you try proving to yourself that all the rest of your hardware is fully functional before you concern yourself with evaluating the cpu.

I have checked all options. When I turn on the computer without CPU fan, only CPU gets hot, without M.B. beep.

Why would you turn it on without the CPU fan?

Does it work if you remove the 970 so its back how it was?

1- I wanted to know whether the cpu is burned or no, since I think when the cpu burns out, it can't get hot anymore.
2- it does not work after installing and removing GTX 970

You're just going to have to get a new motherboard to test it on. That is the only way to be sure that there is something wrong with your CPU. If you ask me this,

http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=MB-H61MGV3&c=CJ

will probably solve your problems either way. My best guess is that your motherboard is suffering from some kind of malfunction. Get the biostar mobo, install nothing but your CPU, RAM, and HDD. If you can post then your CPU is fine, if not send back the mobo, get a refund for it, and then replace that processor.
