How can I clean the inside of my system

I recently built my own computer and after about 2 months I am noticing some dust building up inside of it. I haven"t opened my case yet but I think there might be some dust on the motherboard of my GPU which is an MSI GTX 750TI. Can someone help me out by telling me how to clean my GPU and just the inside of my system in general

A can of compressed air ought to do the trick.

Seconded. Open up the side of your case and use compressed air.

**Don't touch any of your internal components while doing this. Also never clean a PC with a vaccume, as it generates huge amounts of electro-static potential that can damage your computer.

As above, can of compressed air, or if you have an air compressor that you can use it's a lot cheaper 🙂

and after you clean your system, you should look in to some dust filters to keep this problem from recurring.

Make sure the computer's off when you do it because the compressed air gets insanely cold and causes condensation (that quickly dissipates). Also, it's best to remove the graphics card and blow it out seperately so you can get at everything.

Same as all above and I would add an ESD safe brush. Regular paint brushes may seem very convenient to brush dust off because air alone doesn't remove every speck of every type of dust, there may not be enough air in the can to do a good job, or it may not reach every spot, specially if dust is above normal in your area... and combining brushing while blowing air does a thorough job.. but regular paint brushes can cause ESD specially if made of animal hair or synthetic materials.. vegetable fibers should be safer but an ESD safe brush would be the only type of brushing tool I would suggest using.
