How can I clean the IPS Led display of my Lenovo T470s laptop?

I never put my fingers on it. It had a lot of dust. So I just gently swiped from right to left with the small fiber cloth used to clean sunglasses. I did not use any solution. However, I notice the screeh had some marks. Here is the link for two pictures of the screen.

For plastic screens I just use a wet soft cloth with a little dish washing liquid in the cloth. I don't use scorching hot water but not too cold either, just to dissolve grease a little easier. Obviously, wring the cloth properly to avoid drowning your electronics... Do not use paper towels as that can scratch most plastics. Wood fibre is harder than plastic. Pushing dirt and dust around with a dry cloth can also scratch plastic screens.

just the kind of liquid you'd use for your dishes. Fairy is a common brand around where I live.
