How can i clean up my build?

hey guys i wanted to know how to clean up my pc build. i habe the ocz zt 650 watt psu and the cables are thick. my case is the bitfenix ghost. its hard to balance keeping the inside clean and clean cable management behind the mobo tray. i have tried all ways to route cables differently and it kinda works but how can i get it better? i thought about trying those cable extentions since theyre so thin. any ideas? thanks guys

I personally have spent over 6 hours for cable management alone on a rig (and I'm not OCD about it). Simply take your time doing it as cleanly as possible and don't be afraid to start over.
