Question How can i compare between two GPUs working together and one GPU if these three GPUs were different

i have a laptop and i want to know if the two GPUs working on my laptop (Intel UHD Graphics 620 & NVIDIA GeForce MX150) are better than some single GPU (like NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 etc.)

Well, certainly not for those examples, and they aren't working together in the first place. Both are low end GPUs. 680 and 780 were flagship products in their time and are still mid-range cards today. Even if you are referring to the mobile versions.

There are very very few applications that can actually take advantage of all available GPU resources in a computer. This is a capability available in Direct 3D 12, but it is rarely implemented.

Those two don't actually work together. Either you enable the integrated UHD graphics, or use the MX150 chip.
