How can I confirm if the Motherboard is dead?

This is my first build and I'm not sure what to do. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2ysP6s parts list. The LED on the case isn't coming on. The case fans and the CPU fans work. When I turn it on, there's no post beep, but the debug LEDs blink and mobo LEDs are on when I turn on the computer so it seems like the motherboard is getting some type of power. There's no signal on the monitor and I have restarted it without my graphics card and one ram.

Have you made sure the front panel connectors are in the right place?

Sounds like your motherboard is fine but just not displaying on the monitor. What connection are you using for pc to the monitor?
