How can I connect 4 fans with only 3 headers?

Hi,

So I have a corsair 380T with a Z170 EVGA Stinger Mobo, the case has 2 fans with it included and my cpu cooler (H100i GTX) has 2 fans as well but the motherboard has 3 headers only. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to connect a fan directly to a PSU and I'm aware that doing this I won't be able to control its speed.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
To connect a fan to the PSU, use a molex 4pin to 3pin fan connector. Fan will run at full speed at 12V.

Or you can use the splitter like Amusing suggested, 2 fans to one header should be fine.

Alternatively use a PWM splitter (something like http://www.swiftech.com/8-WayPWMsplitter.aspx) will allow control of PWM fans via motherboard while being powered by PSU so as to not overload the mobo header.

Your CPU cooler may work fine with one fan, alternatively you may not need both case fans. Try running your PC and see how hot things get....
If you do need all 4 fans...
DFK is correct, you can connect a fan to the PSU, using a molex 4pin to 3pin fan connector. Fan will run at full speed at 12V which will be noisy.
Or you can run your fan off 7Volts instead, which will make it run quietly at lower speed.
To do this, you modify your molex 4pin to 3pin fan connector by moving the pins in the molex connector. You need to connect the red wire of the fan to the 12V yellow wire of the power supply, and the black wire of the fan to the 5V red wire of the power supply.

The cpu cooler you have has its own fan hub built into the water block/pump that's on the cpu. The pump has a one wire fan connector that plugs into the cpu fan header and a sata power hookup. The pump then has adapter cables that have the fan connectors. If you don't have any extra wires your missing parts. Corsairs AIO coolers are self contained.
