[SOLVED] How can I connect a splitter to Realtek HD Audio Manager

Hello, I got a new pc and it has the Realtek HD Audio Manager with it. I bought some headphones with a microphone that use a splitter to connect to the pc. However, when I try to connect each jack splitter to the pc, I am asked what to choose: mic in, line in, or headphone. So I plug in the microphone jack and choose mic and and the headphone jack and choose headphone - this doesn't work. I cannot use my microphone and can only listen

How do I fix this?

Hi, There are two standards: CTIA and OMTP.

Check the standard of your adapter and then test the other one.
