how can I connect more than 5 computers to play NFS

we created a computer to computer network to play NFS. but we are not able to connect more than 4 computers. is there is any possiblity to connect more than 5 computers? if so plz explain the steps.

you need to set it up to a LAN if you are playing offline, providing the game can support it you will need to buy a switch, connect the host to one of the ports and set a custom ip address e.g. 192.168.0.68, once that is done connect the other machines to the switch and change there ip addresses to (make sure each one is different) and click find a server, it should be picked up automatically, if not type in the ip to direct connect

Are you talking about the physical limit of ports you have or that you just can't work with a 5th computer? You can just daisy chain another switch off the existing one or get one with more ports?

Windows also has a connection limit for network access, 5-10 depending on the version if a non-server OS, so if you're using one computer to host a game, you may not be able to due to that.

That's a direct connection between two computers. He has more than 4 he wants to connect. Same game, different setup needed.
