i bought this new case Cougar Turret RGB Black, it has two fans at the front but no fans at the rear so i bought another cougar rgb fan to install it,
but my problem is that i don't know how to plug all three fans to work with the RGB and to monitor the speed, my motherboard only has one adressable rgb header
Asrock B450 Steel Legend.

I'm having a similar issue so can't give a solid answer, but my situation might help a bit.

I'm using the Phanteks P400a case - the front three fans came pre wired-together and use aRGB splitters to get all three fans going to one aRGB header. Here is a picture of the splitter cable they use on my case https://brain-images-ssl.cdn.dixons.com/1/4/10186741/l_10186741_001.jpg. This might be the exact cable you need for the aRGB bit, but I still had to plugin the 3-pin fans to the fan headers individually, so consider whether you have enough fan headers on your mobo aswell. You may need another kind of hub or splitter for that purpose.

so these pre-wired aRGB splitters all go to one 3-pin adressable rgb header in my mobo right?
i also do have 3 fan headers, but how can i connect the rear fan with the front fans with the splitters, these splitters doesn't look that long to reach together.

This is the case you have, yeah? https://cougargaming.com/products/cases/turret_rgb/ That page says the Turret RGB comes with the 'COUGAR Core Box C - RGB lighting control box for up to 8 COUGAR fans and 4 COUGAR LED strips'. Just checking that you don't actually already have that?
