How can I connect my PC to my TV via HDMI?

I want to connect my PC tom my TV via HDMI so that I get a bigger view. Will this work with the GTX 760 and every other graphics card?

As long as there's an HDMI port on the graphics card, then yes, you can output to a TV via HDMI.

I don't know about every gpu but the 760 will work so i would just connect it to the tv. You might see performance drop (larger screen size) but thats about it.
