I just bought a new router that says 300Mbps connection speed 3 antenas 5ghz and stuff like that (tenda fh303) because my old router was only 100 mbps and it was connected modem/router/pc so my network connection was only 100 mbps and i read that the router has to support gigabyte so that i can get the 300 mbps that i'm paying for (fiberlink 300 installed in 2011) , so i thought that if my modem has 4 lan ports i could connect one directly into my pc and one into my modem will it work?

The network will only be as fast as the slowest link/device.

A "normal" connection path will be similar to the following line diagram:

ISP -----modem ---> [WAN port] Router [LAN Ports] ----Ethernet cables ---> wired devices and ~~~~ wireless ~~~~~> wireless devices.

Only one router (standalone or modem/router combo) can be providing DHCP IP addresses. That function should be disabled on any other routers or modem/router if that is the case.

Do you have the User Guide?

If not, check the following link:

Page 10 of the manual has a diagram that will most likely match the physical configuration that you need.

The short version is that the output from your modem would go into the WAN...

The short version is that the output from your modem would go into the WAN port on the Tenda and your PC (wired) would connect to one of the 3 LAN ports.

However, there are some details that matter so refer to the User Guide if you are going to vary the connectivity and add other devices. E.g., a second router.
