How can i connect to webcam when chart with yahoo

pls help me connect to my yahoo chart with webcam

open yahoo messenger, click on messenger on the top right, go down to my webcam, follow the installtion wizard's directions, then ope messenger right click the contact and go down to video call( the second one)
