How can I connect via RDP without interrupting the local user ?

I need to connect to my pc via remote desktop connection, but i need the local user to be active. My OS is windows 8.

Use teamviewer instead, if theyre somewhere else.

Then you wont cut them off, and you can send files, chat / whatever

RDP is like last century
