How can I delete drivers on a different partition??

I.e... I have 2 drives... and a boot partition on each drive. I'm on drive A, and I want to delete system drivers (video ones) from the boot drive of partition(drive) B.

How can I do this?

I've never done this, but wouldn't you just Boot into the drive you want to remove them from, then un-install the video card/delete the drivers. Restart, and boot into either the other drive(A), or boot back into the B drive and Windows will run on the default basic drivers for it. That's my thinking anyway.

I can't boot on drive B because of the drivers... heh
