How can I delete this?

Hello Tom's helpful tech experts... I have a problem with deleting MOHW i deleted it from Origin and thought I got rid of it completely yet it still shows up in programs as if it is taking up 16 gb of my 120 gb ssd yet I cannot delete it from the uninstall program page. Any tips to help me finally rid my self of this game?

Can you find any files left over that may have been missed by the uninstaller?

If not, you may need to reinstall the game, the uninstall it again.

No I cant find any, I will try re installing and uninstalling it, thanks!
