Alas, you have an i3, not that fast of a GPU (should be OK for 1080P medium-low settings depending on which 1050 variant you bought, as some are much faster than others), and, are running low on RAM, and...with slow drives....

DIfficult to say which factor or combination of the above could be causing your woes, truthfully...

My ssd is arrived and now the game is not lagging, but i have the game still on the same 1TB drive and running fine, now the cpu doesnt reach 100% usage only max 97% and this is a bit better.
My GPU is a Gigabyte GTX 1050 2GB with 1 fan, also i bought this as used, and i hope this not used for mining.
The cpu is brand new just like this ssd and the ram too.

Now the game is running fine on High settings around 120fps not that bad for this used gpu.
