How can i disable APM

Hi all ! i need help disableing APM. My PC is hp pavilion g6. I wasnt able to disable that option in bios because i didnt see such option there and resetting power options didnt help. Does anyone have a solution for this ?

Its a windows setting

But will this help my APU reach its speed again ? it should be around 2700 Mhz but its running around 1400 Mhz when plugged in.

AMD also has a solution that throttles the clock when not in use. check that out

Well i found out that the problem is with voltage going lower than it should be. It should be at 1.0063V but is at 0.8500V. Do you have a solution for this ?
