How can I disable the onboard GPU on my laptop?

I have a problem getting my computer to run GTA V. The problem is I can't run it by using my NVIDIA GPU. My computer insists on running it using the integrated GPU.

I tried some methods to force it to run on NVIDIA GPU - by going to NVIDIA control panel and choosing "Run that by using high performance NVIDIA GPU", but it doesnt work.

Is there a solution to disable my onboard GPU?

How do you know its not using the nvidia gpu?

i am checking the temperature and usage of gpus and nvidia doesn't get worm
