Okay so this is going to be a little hard because I do not know the model of my modem. It is for fiber (that we just got and it replaced or old modem). I am trying to port forward my Teamspeak server. It was working on my other modem (because NAPT was off) but now, I do not know how to put it into bridge mode or make my netgear the main router. Thank you in advance. Ask for more info if needed please!

Edit: The reason I am posting this is because I can not find the option anywhere so sorry if this is a duplicate post. Other's do not apply to my problem. Thanks!

Generally that information is in the User Guide/Manual.

You use a browser to access the modem via its IP address, a login name and password. Which you have done.

Once into the modems administrative screens you then select the appropriate menu pages and most likely uncheck a box that configures the modem to no longer act as a router. Which page and how that option may be worded is, hopefully, in the User Guide Manual.

Otherwise all you can do is go throught the Calix's menu screens and try to reason out to disable the router functions.

The key requirement is the User Guide/Manual for your modem. You need its default IP address, login, and password information so you can use a browser to access the admin pages and turn of the router function.

The model number should be printed somewhere on the device. If not, it could be a counterfeit product.

Go online and search via the manufacturer and model number. Or any number that you can find on the box.

Look for User Guides/Manuals.

Be careful as some sites will show up that really do not have that information per se and will attempt to trick you into things you do not want to do.

Or there should be a serial number that you can use to go to the manufacturer's (Calix) website to get more information. Try a chat or call. Or post in their user forum.

This does not help my issue though. I have logged into the modem and just need to disable the router functions. My question is not how to find the manual but rather "How do I disable router functionality on a Calix fiber router?"
