How can i disable to task bar and start menu on windows 7?

I decided i want to make a theme for my computer using RainMeter but my theme doesn't look very nice with the standard taskbar at the bottom. I dont need the taskbar because i have replacements in my theme and i wondered if there was any way to disable it. i wanted something that automatically disables the taskbar on the pc startup but nothing that is permanent. I have tried the auto hide setting but i dont want the black bar at the bottom of the screen and i dont want the taskbar to appear when my mouse is at the bottom of the screen. Is there anything that can help me?

I don't think you can turn it off completely.
You can move it to the side or top and put it on auto-hide.

"themes" and "mods" all that crap just causes issues, leave it alone and just use your computer as its intended
