Question how can i enable all logical process ?

i have intel core i5 Hp laptop since last week it was work well all logical process after some change in system configuration the logical process changed to 1(i saw it in task manager ...cpu..) and also my pc become slower can anybody tell me how can i fix it?

Which I5 chip do you have?

Start > run > Msconfig. Boot tab, advanced options. What's under the "number of processors"? Is it checked?

there was 4 number of process ..but know only there is 1 number of process the other process are lost yes! it is checked still now

Not chipset, which Intel CPU do you have.

Try unchecking it. Checking it will limit you to X number of cores. You should also try resetting the bios.

Sweet. Not sure how that got changed, but at least it's working like it should again.
