How can i enable DVD/CD driver(cdfs system file)?

pls help me guys my pc show that dvd file system reader has been disabled so help me how to enable it

from my understanding, cdfs is just a type of filesystem specific to cds and dvds, and is enabled whenever windows tries to read from either of these media.

If it's not being enabled when you put in a cd or dvd, it's possible that the drive has failed.

Do you have an external cd/dvd drive to test out that theory?

OK it give error code 43,say ''usb doesn't recognized the attached device ''when i put CD or DVD on it it doesn't spin anymore, when i see status of DVD/CD ROM it is ''OK'' help pls guy how to settle this
