How can i enable turbo boost on a i5-3337U?

So my dad just bought a new laptop (Aspire V5-572P-6858) and he wants me to activate turbo boost.But I could not activate it since it was not an option to move around the settings for the processor.Is there a program I can use to overclock somehow?

You don't enable it and it is a built-in feature of the CPU. When the CPU notices that some cores have high utilization, it will enable turbo boost on those cores within the Thermal design envelope up to the maximum turbo boost frequency. So if not all cores are active, then the active cores will run a little faster if needed.
